Manuscripts that do not meet the basic criteria may be desk-rejected without external review.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
If deemed suitable, the manuscript is then sent to at least two independent expert reviewers in the relevant field. Both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous throughout the review process. Proper citation of references and adherence to ethical standards.
Each reviewer provides a detailed report with one of the following recommendations:

-
Minor revisions required
-
Major revisions required
-
Reject
3. Decision and Revision
Based on the reviewers’ comments, the editorial team makes a decision and communicates it to the authors along with anonymized reviewer feedback. If revisions are required, authors are expected to submit a revised version along with a detailed response to each reviewer’s comment.
4. Final Decision
The revised manuscript may be sent back to the same reviewers for re-evaluation. Once all concerns are adequately addressed, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding publication.
Average Timeline
The average time from initial submission to the first decision is 4 to 6 weeks, and from acceptance to publication is typically 2 to 6 weeks.
