Abstract

This theoretical research paper presents a rigorous scientific and philosophical examination of evidence pointing toward an intelligent Creator, drawn from five independent domains of modern biology and physics. The five pillars examined are: irreducible biological complexity, the extraordinary precision of cellular organization, the enigma of sexual reproduction and abiogenesis, the informational content of the genetic code, and the sophisticated architecture of the immune system.

Each domain is analyzed through the lens of established scientific literature and interpreted through the philosophical framework of Inference to the Best Explanation (IBE). The paper reviews and critically engages with the principal arguments of Behe, Dembski, Meyer, Craig, and Collins, while acknowledging the genuine contributions and limitations of evolutionary and materialist explanations. The cumulative case presented here argues that the hypothesis of an intelligent, transcendent designer constitutes the most parsimonious and epistemically robust explanation for the observed data.
